Identical except in green cloth and 2 p. at beginning with the Collections statement on recto and The Committe on Publications on verso. Burckhardt and the engraving and coloring of the plates was by John H. Richard and the wood engravings were done by Henry Marsh. However, the plates are hand-colored lithographs and are signed Dougal sc., probably William H. Dougal. Bound in brown small bead cloth with beveled edges.
